I thought I'd post 3 behind the scenes photos from the fake commercial I shot of the glow in the dark paper models. It was all done very cheaply (and it shows) with items from around my house. A good example of how cheap, is the white plastic bag around a light above our lovely hand model's head, that functioned as a "soft-box" light.
A 59 cent green board was used as a green-screen for the rubber bat that I shot several times. I then composited all the bat footage in After Effects over the house, moon, and trees that were all grabbed from google image searches.
Blurry image of the skeleton that I thought looked interesting. I found out that shooting the glowing paper models on video wasn't as easy as I thought. The little Flip video camera couldn't pick up the glowing models in a pitch-black room. I ended up using a still image, and just faked panning in on the models in AF.
